We ask you to complete a Photo Release Form for each participant traveling in your vehicle. This gives us permission to publish trip photos on our website.

Personal Emergency Details Form

These forms are not compulsory but are highly recommended for your own safety.

Instructions.
Each participant is to complete a separate form and place it in a sealed envelope with their name on the outside. You can create family envelopes containing multiple forms which will be easier to manage. We require 3 copies of each envelope. At the beginning of a trip, give:-
One to the Trip Leader
One to Tail End Charlie
One to be kept in your own glove box (so everyone knows where to find it if needed.)
We will return these envelopes to you at the end of each trip.
Re-use these envelopes on your next trip if your details haven’t changed.
